Standard shipping will take 7-10 business days.
Local pickup is available for LA customers, at Little Ripper. Following your order, you will receive an email with information on pickup date and time slots.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return, you can contact us at netto.losangeles@gmail.com. You will be responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.If an order you've made on netto.la arrives damaged or incomplete, use our contact form to let us know what happened, and we'll do our best to make it right.

For personal belongings with a 0.5 inch diameter or smaller, we'd recommend adding a pouch to house them safely within your crochet bag. When carrying any bag with open features in public spaces, stay alert and aware.

We plan to update our selection seasonally! Our quantities are limited, as each piece is handmade and unique, so stay tuned for our release dates.

Do not tumble, iron or dry clean; Hand wash with baking soda and mild detergent or dishwashing liquid, and pat dry.

Our impact on the environment is a core consideration in every step of building our store. We create each piece by hand in small batches, which reduces waste. Leftover yarn is carefully reserved for other projects or workshops.
And while we're passionate about brand cohesion, our recycled & compostable packaging solutions reflect the choice to prioritize environmental responsibility above aesthetics.
